We only use 100% British milk from dedicated local farms, producing the rich, creamy milk that’s at the heart of our cheddar. 

The way we mature our cheese, at a constant 10ºC, ensures the unique and much-loved taste for all to enjoy, in over 16 countries! Our proudest achievement is that we held the Royal Warrant for over 20 years, proudly supplying to the Royal Household of The Late Her Majesty The Queen.
