We are an independent family business specialising in the processing and exporting of premium Isle of Man shellfish and have been in this business for 40 years. Our prime products are King Scallops, Queen Scallops, Brown Crab and Lobster. Our product is all hand picked and cleaned by hand.
All of product is day-fished from waters around the Isle of Man and NE Atlantic and landed to our Approved Premises within 12 hours. Our products can all be prepared and packed to customer specification.
