For almost 3 years we have worked with a master distiller to produce a super-premium vodka, 2 gins, and 3 flavoured Tequilas. Our direction is to avoid the “burn sensation” which I as a consumer have always found to be unpleasant and a block to purchasing more drinks, be in a mixer, straight or in a cocktail scenario.
