The story begins in 1975 at the heart of Helen Dean’s kitchen in the small town of Huntly, North East Scotland.

Although the business now operates on a much larger scale, it remains committed to maintaining its home-baked trademark on its premium quality hand-baked shortbread, biscuits and cake.
