The implementation dates have not yet been confirmed, but it is vital that you understand the requirements and check whether your products will be in scope (ANNEX I) and start collecting the data from your suppliers if you use products or packaging in the key categories of cattle, coffee, soya, cocoa, palm oil, rubber and wood, or their derivatives. The obligations are different for Large companies vs SMEs. Due diligence statements will need to be uploaded to an Information system (not yet live) – see ANNEX II of the EU document.
