UK food and drink producers are looking forward to SIAL, the world’s largest tradeshow for the industry in 2016.

Taking place in Paris this October, the UK pavilion organised by FDEA in conjunction with its event delivery partner, PS8, will showcase over 100 companies all looking to grow their export business.

Given the importance of the EU to the UK food and drink industry - with over 70% of our exports going to the EU in 2015 - it is vital that access to this market is maintained. SIAL provides an excellent platform for UK businesses to meet with export partners and is a highly important event in the calendar this year.

Over 50 companies on the pavilion are new to SIAL, and for many of these it is their first time at an international show. All are looking to develop their export markets by accessing SIAL’s vast worldwide audience.

The UK pavilion will have a large presence in the International Hall in SIAL, plus groups in the drinks and dairy halls. The wide range of products on display features everything from ethnic foods, gluten free products, convenience foods, snack foods and premium drinks.
