    WHY EXPORT TO USA?

The US is the UK's 2nd largest export market for food and drink = £525m, up 13% in 2016.

Consumers have a growing interest in high quality food and drink from abroad, whilst continually seeking convenience driven foods.

American consumers continue to spend, helped by low interest rates and available credit.

Average consumer spending and retail sales per capita are roughly 2x greater than in Europe.
